Payment and cancellation policies
UPON MAKING YOUR RESERVATION:
We will pre-authorize 10€ from your card to validate it.
5 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DATE:
We will pre-authorize the full amount of the reservation as a guarantee of payment.
UPON ARRIVAL:
You may choose your preferred method of payment. Guests 16 years and older must pay 2,48€ per night for the Catalunya City Tax. Guests must leave a security deposit of 150€ which will be returned upon check out.
CANCELLATION GRACE PERIOD:
There is no refund for cancellations made 5 days or less from the arrival date.
Non refundable rate reservations cancelled within the first 24 hours, and for arrival date of 6 days or more from the moment the reservation is made, will get a 100% refund.
EXTRA CHARGES:
Our apartments have a self check in system installed for late arrivals.
For guests that prefer to be met by one of our teammates there will be a surcharge.
Checkins from 22hr to 24hr have a late check in fee of 25€.
Checkins after 24hr have a late check in fee of 35€.
