1. Where are your accommodations located at?
   Our apartments are located in the city center of Barcelona. Predominantly around the Gracia neighborhood. Please check our Apartments Page, to see exact location of each apartment.
   Our guest house, Traveller House, is located at Avenida Diagonal 392.
   Our Youth Hostel is located at Bruc Street 123.
2. How can I reserve an accommodation? 
   You can reserve directly from this page. If you are not familiar with online reservations feel free to write us an email to book@sweetbcnapartments.com or call us at 0034 651 521 158.
3. What are your payment options? 
   CREDIT CARD – You can pay your reservation with a credit card
   CASH – You can pay your reservation with cash on arrival. You will be asked a credit card in order to guarantee your reservation nonetheless.
   BANK TRANSFER – You can transfer us the total of your reservation. You will be asked a credit card in order to guarantee your reservation nonetheless.
   If you choose to pay in CASH or BANK TRANSFER please send us an email inmediately after making the reservation and tell us your choice of payment.
4. What is your charging procedure?
   Once a reservation is made, your credit card will be pre authorized 10€ as a form of making sure the credit card details are correct.The full amount of reservation is pre authorized 7 days before date of arrival. On date of arrival, the guest can choose to confirm the pre authorization done on the credit card or to pay in cash. If your reservation is for our Youth Hostel. We will charge the first night at the moment the reservations is made. This charge is non refundable.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
   For Sweet BCN Apartments and Sweet BCN Traveller House:
   Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to date of arrival are fully refunded.
   Cancellations made at 7 or less days prior to date of arrival are fully charged and no refund possible.
   In case you have to leave the establishment before your original check out date (early check out), there is no refund.
   For Sweet BCN Youth Hostel:
   Upon making your reservation we will charge the amount for the first night.
   In case of cancellation or no show, you will only be charged for the first night.
6. What is your pet policy?
   Unfortunately, and as much as we love pets ourselves, we cannot accept pets in our accommodations.
7. What is your children policy?
   Our private apartments are ideal for families with small children.
   Our Traveller House and Youth Hostel do not host children under 6 years old.
8. How do I get the keys to my apartment?
   Once you make the reservation you will receive an email with arrival instructions.
   We will meet you at your apartment address to give you the keys and check you in.
9. Are there any extra charges to the reservation?
   The only extra payment to be made on arrival is the Barcelona Turist Tax of 0.72€ per person per night.
   Only guests over 16 years old pay and for no more than 7 nights.
10. Is there any security deposit to be paid on arrival? 
    Yes. For a private apartment the security deposit is 100€. For a bedroom in the guest house the security deposit is 50€.
11. Are there any late check in fees?
    Reservations for Sweet BCN Apartments and Traveller House have a late check in fee of 25 euros for check ins after 22 hours.
    Reservations for Sweet BCN Youth Hostel do not have a late check in fee.
12. Are there any special conditions for group reservations?
    Sweet BCN Accommodations reserves its right to accept reservations for large groups.
